'The World Needs What It Fears - But Which World?
Ever since Rebel Wolves and Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed The Blood of Dawnwalker on January 13th, 2025, I’ve been completely obsessed and eager to learn more. As a marketer with a deep love for video games, I was especially curious about how Dawnwalker would be positioned. After all, it’s a brand new IP — yet one that carries the narrative and creative legacy of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Somewhere between Marrakesh and London, mid-flight and listening to the Dawnwalker ‘Day & Night Cycle – 1 Hour Loop’, I couldn’t sit still. Phone in hand, I started sketching ideas. I asked myself: If Bandai Namco came to me and said, “Nima, buddy, we’ve got ‘X’ budget for the UK campaign — what would you do?”. I’d serve them this — plated on an ornate, gilded tray, straight from the merchants of Vale Sangora.
